INSURANCE
It's important for patients to understand up front the limitations of their own insurance coverage, and take responsibility for their portion of the bill not covered by insurance.
It's not uncommon for a company to consider complex (but necessary) procedures to be "over and above the customary treatment". We do not consider our office as usual and customary. As many of our patients say, our office is far and above the "customary" in treatment of our family of patients.
In any case, we're well-versed in the latest coverage trends, and are more than happy to discuss the particulars of your plan with you prior to any treatments you may undergo.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
We believe in making financial arrangements as convenient as possible in our office. With this in mind, we offer the following payment arrangements to our patients:
Full Payment Discount: Any patient who pays in full for services over $1,000, on or before the day of treatment, receives a discount. Specifically, the discount is 5% if paid by cash / check and 2% if paid by credit card.
Long Term Financing: We offer financing with CareCredit allowing our patients to have several months of interest-free or low interest rate financing, paid off over a selected number of months or years.
INSURANCE FILING
Our office is willing to work with most insurance companies. This means that we will assist you in filing your insurance, and will accept payment from your insurance company.
